SIGN

Accounts & sign-in

Microsoft 365, Plex and access problems

Use the account menu at the top-right of CamCore. Microsoft 365 is the normal identity for members and administrators; Plex is available for approved Cameron-Media-only access. The Plex sign-in window closes itself once sign-in completes; if your browser keeps it open it shows a Close window button. If a sign-in popup does not finish, close it, refresh the page and try once more. If CamCore signs you into the wrong Microsoft account, use Switch Microsoft account from the account menu.

MY

My CamCore

Your home for services, media and tools

After you sign in, My CamCore shows the sections available to your account, such as Home, Cameron-Media and Resources, plus Software where your access includes it. Use the navigation beside the page, or the bar along the bottom on a phone. If a section you expect is missing, it is not available to your account yet; send a Support request rather than looking for another way in.

MEDIA

Cameron-Media

Playback, requests and library questions

Use Requests to search, discover and track content. Use the dedicated requests.camcore.au portal when you need complete request history or deeper request controls. Plex playback should normally Direct Play. If playback fails, note the title, device and approximate time before contacting Support.

DEVICE

Managed devices

Company Portal, apps, updates and compliance

Use Software for approved downloads and Company Portal for applications assigned to a managed device. Keep Windows Update and security controls enabled. If a device reports non-compliance, open Company Portal first, sync the device, then check the reported requirement before opening a ticket.

REMOTE

Away from home

Secure private access with approved remote connectivity

Private camcore.network destinations require CamCore LAN access or approved remote connectivity. Connect the approved remote-access client first, then retry the private destination. Public camcore.au pages do not require private-network access.

STATUS

Service problems

Incidents, maintenance and availability

Open Status before troubleshooting. If an incident or maintenance notice is active, avoid repeated restarts or configuration changes unless the notice asks you to act. If Status is clear and the problem continues, capture the affected service and time and open Support.

LEGACY

Digital Legacy

Help your family reach your photos and accounts

Digital Legacy sessions and step-by-step guides help you set up the legacy and recovery tools your phone and online accounts already offer. Start on the Digital Legacy page, or follow the guides on your own phone or computer.

DOMAIN

Domains

Registering, renewing and pointing your domain

Domains bought through CamCore Domains are managed in the domain store, with the account you created at checkout — not your My CamCore sign-in. Turn on auto-renew so the domain never lapses, and keep the contact email current because renewal and .au eligibility notices go there. To use the domain with Microsoft 365 or a website, update its DNS records in the domain store. The store's 24/7 support handles orders, renewals, DNS and billing; contact CamCore Support for Microsoft 365 or anything else CamCore manages.

POLICY

Rules & privacy

How CamCore services and accounts should be used

CamCore accounts are individual, approved access should not be shared, credentials should never be placed in support tickets, and Cameron-Media access is subject to its own playback/request rules. The Policies page links to the full plain-language policy pages.
