The current CamCore policy set explains how approved services, media access, identities, devices and information must be handled. Each policy is written in practical Australian English.
Who these policies apply to
Approved access is personal and conditional.
These policies apply across CamCore alongside any instructions for a specific service, account or managed device. Using an approved CamCore account, device or service means following the policies relevant to that access. A public page does not grant private access or create an entitlement to a service.
Privacy Policy
Information processed to provide, secure, monitor and support CamCore services.
Terms of Access
Approval, personal access, availability, service changes and access conditions.
Acceptable Use
Security responsibilities, reasonable behaviour and prohibited activity.
Cameron-Media Rules
Plex access, 1080p Direct Play, requests, content scope, retention and fair use.
Account and Device Use
Individual identities, authentication, managed devices, security controls and recovery.
Domain registrations
Buying a domain? These terms apply too.
Domains sold through CamCore Domains are registered by Wild West Domains, LLC, which processes payment and holds the registration agreement. These are third-party terms, separate from the CamCore policies above. Australian domains (.au, .com.au, .net.au, .org.au) are also governed by auDA's licensing rules.

When sources disagree
The order in which CamCore rules apply.
If two sources seem to disagree, the one higher in this list applies:
- The law, and obligations to keep people safe right now.
- The core CamCore policies: Privacy, Terms of Access, Acceptable Use, and Account and Device Use.
- Rules for a specific service, such as the Cameron-Media Rules.
- Current approved Help and procedures.
- An urgent instruction given during an incident or security response.
An urgent instruction is followed for the immediate response where it protects people, systems or data. It guides that response only and never changes a policy on its own: a lasting change is made through the policy-change process and published here.
Recent changes
What changed on 20 October 2026.
- Privacy Policy: it now covers enquiries sent through the contact form and the information CamCore keeps to provide CamCore IT Services to customers, and describes CamCore as the business it now is.
Earlier, on 18 October 2026:
- Cameron-Media Rules: a watched title can be removed only after everyone who requested it has finished watching it. The page previously said only those who had started watching it. The rules also now say that a television series still airing is not removed.
Earlier, on 27 September 2026:
- Terms of Access and Cameron-Media Rules: when unused Cameron-Media access is reviewed (after 60 days, or 14 days if it has never been used), the two seven-day notice periods, and that a person decides any removal. The Cameron-Media Rules also say that retention applies to requested titles.
- Acceptable Use: security testing is allowed only under an approved change that sets its scope, identity, time window, safeguards and closure.
