Policy library

Clear rules for trusted access.

CamCore policies explain how private services, media access, accounts, devices, information and support should be used.

At a glance

What the policies protect.

People

Individual, approved access

Every account, invitation and authentication method belongs to the approved person it was issued to.

Systems

Secure and reasonable use

Private links, networks, services and shared resources must be used only for their intended purpose.

Information

Responsible handling

Only information required to operate, secure and support CamCore should be collected or retained.

Public information does not grant private access.

Accounts, invitations, service permissions and secure-network access remain individually approved.

Ask CamCore Support

Help Centre

Find the right answer, fast.

Search practical guidance for Cameron-Media, requests, Microsoft 365, managed devices and private CamCore access.

Start here

Before reporting a problem.

These four checks resolve many temporary or device-specific faults.

01

Check CamCore Status

Confirm whether an active incident or maintenance notice already explains the problem.

02

Retry once

Close and reopen the affected app or page. Do not repeatedly restart devices or services.

03

Check your connection

Confirm internet access and, for private systems, CamCore LAN or NetBird connectivity.

04

Record the error

Note the service, device, time, network and exact message before submitting support.

Cameron-Media

Playback and requests.

Plex will not open or sign in
Check the Status tab, confirm you are using the Plex account that received access, then try the Plex app and browser once. Submit a support request when access still fails.
Playback quality is poor or buffering
Set video quality to Original or Maximum. Disable automatic quality reduction where practical. Cameron-Media is designed around 1080p Direct Play rather than routine video transcoding.
Audio, subtitles or language are wrong
Open the playback options and select the intended audio and subtitle tracks. Report the title, episode, client device and incorrect track when the expected option is missing.
A Movie or TV Show is missing
Use Cameron-Media Requests to search and submit the title. Requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
Content appears in Leaving Soon
Leaving Soon identifies content being reviewed under the current retention rules. Content specifically retained by CamCore is excluded from normal automated cleanup.

Accounts and devices

Microsoft 365 and managed access.

Microsoft 365 will not sign in
Confirm the correct organisational account, internet access, device date and time, and whether sign-in works in a private browser window. Do not remove the work account or Windows profile without support guidance.
OneDrive is not synchronising
Check available storage, the signed-in account and the displayed sync error. Do not unlink OneDrive until any local-only files have been identified and protected.
A managed application or printer is missing
Open Company Portal, confirm the correct account and run a device sync. Allow time for policy processing before submitting support with the device name and application or printer required.
NetBird or a private service is unavailable
Confirm NetBird shows connected while away from the CamCore home network. Private services require the CamCore LAN or an authorised NetBird connection. Do not expose or share private administrative links.
A device is lost or stolen
Report it immediately through Support so account sessions, NetBird access and managed-device records can be reviewed.

CamCore Support

Tell us what happened.

Use the secure form for account access, Cameron-Media, Microsoft 365, managed-device or CamCore service problems. Each submission creates a ticket directly in YouTrack.

Before you submit

The quickest path to an answer.

A little context helps separate a known incident from an account, device or content-specific problem.

Step 01

Check current status

Look for an active incident or maintenance notice.

Step 02

Search the Help Centre

Follow the guidance for your service or device.

Step 03

Submit one request

Include the exact error, time, device and network.

Support form

Create your support ticket.

Include the affected service or device, the error shown, when it happened, the network being used and any troubleshooting already completed.

Keep sensitive information out of tickets

Never include passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys, private keys or unnecessary identity documents. CamCore Support will not ask for them.

Open the Support tab to load the secure CamCore Support form.

The form is delivered by the CamCore YouTrack backend. If it does not appear, reload once or email help@camcore.au.

Public CamCore

One clear destination for every job.

These services remain available whether or not you are signed in. Private destinations continue to require individual approval.

One support path

Help. Status. Support.

Search the Help Centre first, check Status for a known incident, then submit one support request if the problem remains.
