CamCore Support, from start to finishHow it works
At your current provider, turn off the transfer lock and ask for the transfer code. It may be called an EPP code, auth code or domain password.
Use the Contact CamCore form, choose Domains, hosting and email, and put the domain name in Reference.
Don’t put the transfer code in the form: CamCore will ask for it when the transfer is ready to start.
Watch the domain’s contact email for an approval message and approve it. CamCore Support tells you when the transfer has finished.
Before you start
Most delays come from one of these.
Approval messages go to the contact email on the domain. If it’s out of date, fix it at your current provider first.
Registry rules can block a transfer for a time after a domain is registered, transferred or changes owner. Your current provider can tell you if this applies.
Start well before the expiry date, so a delay doesn’t put the domain at risk.
The eligibility rules still apply to .com.au, .net.au, .org.au and .au names. Have your ABN or ACN ready.
Before you move
They keep working as long as your DNS settings stay in place. CamCore checks them with you before the transfer starts.
Transfers in and out are at no charge from CamCore, under the registry’s rules. Renewal prices are shown before you buy.
Yes. You can get the transfer code in Your account or from CamCore Support, and your domain stays yours.
Domains are registered through CamCore’s registrar partner Synergy Wholesale. The registrar of record is Synergy Wholesale Accreditations Pty Ltd (ABN 17 165 245 901), an Australian registrar accredited by auDA and ICANN, which holds the registration agreement. CamCore invoices and takes payment. The Hosting Terms of Service cover your order, and Policies links the registration agreements and the auDA rules for .au names.
