Do we need a VPN?
Not always. If your files and email are in Microsoft 365, staff can often work securely without one. CamCore recommends the simplest option that fits.
Is remote-control software safe to use?
It can be, when it is properly configured, kept updated and each person has their own sign-in. Tools set up casually and forgotten are a common way in for attackers.
Can staff use their own computers?
Sometimes, with controls. It depends on what they need to reach. CamCore will explain the trade-offs and recommend an approach.
