01Is my website hosted on CamCore’s home network?
No. Customer websites run on CamCore’s hosting partner’s infrastructure in Australian data centres, so a site stays up whatever happens at CamCore and never touches CamCore’s private network.
02Can you move my existing website?
Yes. CamCore can move a site, its email and its domain records from most hosts. You get a quote and a plan before anything moves.
03Does hosting include email?
cPanel hosting includes basic email accounts on your domain. For business email with calendars, larger mailboxes or Office apps, see Email & Microsoft 365.
04Are backups included?
The hosting platform takes automatic backups.
05What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel at any time before the renewal date by contacting CamCore Support. Hosting ends at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one. Your domain stays yours. See the Hosting Terms of Service.
