Before you ask
Common questions.
What is the Essential Eight?
A set of eight practical security controls published by the Australian Cyber Security Centre. It is a widely used baseline for Australian businesses.
Is this a formal audit or certification?
No. It is practical security work and a plain-English record of what is in place. It is not a formal certification.
Will this slow staff down?
Very little. Multi-factor sign-in adds a prompt now and then, and most other controls run in the background.
