Confirm whether an active incident or maintenance notice already explains the problem.
Retry once
Close and reopen the affected app or page. Do not repeatedly restart devices or services.
Check your connection
Confirm internet access and, for private systems, CamCore LAN or NetBird connectivity.

Follow the guidance for your service or device.
Submit one request
Include the exact error, time, device and network.
Support form
Create your support ticket.
Include the affected service or device, the error shown, when it happened, the network being used and any troubleshooting already completed.
Never include passwords, authentication codes, recovery keys, private keys or unnecessary identity documents. CamCore Support will not ask for them.
