Use CamCore responsibly and securely.

1. Expected use

Use CamCore only for its intended personal, family, operational or approved organisational purpose. Follow service-specific guidance and avoid activity that creates unnecessary disruption or risk.

2. Accounts and access

• Use only your own approved account.
• Do not share invitations, passwords, sessions or private links.
• Do not attempt to access another user’s information.
• Do not give CamCore access to an unapproved person or device.
• Report unexpected access or authentication prompts.

3. Security responsibilities

• Keep devices updated and protected.
• Do not disable required security controls.
• Do not install malicious, unapproved or pirated software on managed devices.
• Do not expose internal services to the public internet.
• Do not publish private IP addresses, credentials or administration links.

4. Prohibited activity

• Unauthorised access, scanning or exploitation
• Deliberate service disruption or excessive automated requests
• Credential theft, phishing, malware or harmful content
• Circumventing network, device, media or account controls
• Using CamCore for unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity
• Redistributing private service access

5. Content and communication

Support messages, uploads and service requests must be lawful, respectful and relevant. Do not upload unnecessary personal information, confidential material belonging to another person or content that creates a security risk.

6. Fair use

Use shared storage, bandwidth, media and processing resources reasonably. Repeated avoidable transcoding, excessive downloads, unattended streams or automation that degrades service may be limited.

7. Response to misuse

CamCore may investigate, restrict, suspend or remove access when activity creates risk, affects other users or breaches this policy. Immediate action may be taken during a security incident.
