CamCore Media Rules

1. Purpose
Cameron-Media is a private media service for approved users. It is intended for Movies and TV Shows access only.
2. Approved access only
- Media access is by approval only.
- Users must use their own approved account and must not share access with others.
- Access may be removed for account sharing, misuse, inactivity or service management reasons.
3. Content scope
- Movies and TV Shows are in scope.
- Music is not included unless CamCore specifically says otherwise.
- Adult/XXX content is not provided, supported or accepted.
4. Requests
- Requests should be submitted through the CamCore request portal.
- Request limits may apply to keep storage, downloads and management fair.
- Requests may be declined, delayed, removed or changed at CamCore’s discretion.
5. Streaming quality
- Use Original or Maximum quality where possible.
- Direct Play is preferred to keep the server stable.
- Remote transcoding may be limited, stopped or blocked where it affects service performance.
6. Retention and cleanup
- Watched media may be removed after the configured retention period.
- Items may be removed for storage, quality, policy or maintenance reasons.
- Keep-forever exceptions may be applied only where CamCore approves them.
