CamCore Account & Device Use Policy

1. Purpose
CamCore may use accounts, identity services and device management tools to provide secure access to private services and family systems.
2. Authorised accounts only
- CamCore, Microsoft 365, Plex, request portal and internal access accounts are for approved users only.
- Accounts must not be shared, transferred or used by anyone other than the approved user.
- Access may be changed, paused or removed when no longer required.
3. Microsoft 365 and identity services
- Some CamCore services may use Microsoft 365, Entra ID, single sign-on or related identity services.
- Sign-in activity, account details and security events may be logged by Microsoft services and CamCore administration tools.
- Users must follow any sign-in, password, multi-factor authentication or security requirements applied to their account.
4. Managed devices
- Where a device is enrolled or managed by CamCore, security settings, policies, updates or restrictions may be applied.
- Managed devices may report basic device, compliance, sign-in and security information needed for administration.
- Users should not remove management profiles or security controls unless instructed by CamCore.
5. Personal data and storage
- Do not store sensitive personal information in CamCore-managed services unless it is needed and approved.
- CamCore does not sell user information.
- Information is used to operate, secure and support CamCore services.
6. Security responsibilities
- Keep devices updated and protected with a passcode, PIN or password.
- Report lost devices, suspicious sign-ins or unexpected access immediately.
- Do not attempt to bypass identity, device management, network or security controls.
