Account Security, Passwords and MFA

Protect your CamCore and Microsoft 365 accounts at all times.

Account rules

  • Use only your own account.
  • Do not share passwords, invitations, one-time codes, recovery codes, or MFA approvals.
  • Use a unique password and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Approve an MFA prompt only when you initiated the sign-in.
  • Lock your device when unattended.

If you receive an unexpected MFA prompt, suspicious sign-in alert, or believe an account is compromised, stop signing in and contact CamCore Support immediately. Include the account name, approximate time, device, and a safe screenshot. Never include the password or authentication code.
