CamCore Websites and Applications Help

Use this guide when a CamCore website or application does not load, displays an error, or behaves unexpectedly.

  1. Check https://camcore.au/status.
  2. Refresh the page once.
  3. Try a private browser window.
  4. Confirm the browser is current and JavaScript and cookies are allowed for the site.
  5. Disable only non-essential browser extensions temporarily, if safe.
  6. For a private site, connect to the local network or your remote access first.

Include the page address, browser, device, time, exact error, steps that cause it, and a safe screenshot. Remove personal or confidential information from screenshots before sending.
