Check Service Status and Planned Maintenance

Before troubleshooting, visit https://camcore.au/status. A known incident or maintenance notice may explain the problem and will usually contain the latest update.

If camcore.au itself will not load, use the emergency status page at https://status.camcore.au. It is hosted separately and shows the same service status.

What to check

  • Look for an active incident affecting your service.
  • Check whether maintenance is currently in progress.
  • Note the affected service and most recent update.

CamCore's regular maintenance window is Saturday from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am Melbourne time. Services may be briefly unavailable during approved work.

If the status page shows no matching event and the problem continues, submit a support request with the time the issue began, the affected service, and any safe error message or screenshot.

If the support portal is unreachable

The status page includes CamCore Support, so a problem with support.camcore.au will show there. If the support portal is unreachable, email help@camcore.au instead, and it will be picked up when the portal is back.
