Email Safety and Suspicious Messages

Treat unexpected email, links, attachments, sign-in prompts, payment requests, and MFA notifications with caution.

Warning signs

  • Urgent pressure or threats.
  • A sender address that does not match the organisation.
  • Unexpected attachments or shared-file invitations.
  • Requests for passwords, codes, payment, or account changes.
  • Links that lead to an unfamiliar sign-in page.

Do not click, reply, forward externally, or enter credentials. Report the message to CamCore Support with the sender, subject, time, and a screenshot or the message attached. If you already clicked or entered information, disconnect if appropriate and contact support immediately.
