What Happens After You Submit a Request

CamCore Support records each request and sends a confirmation with a reference. The request is reviewed, prioritised, assigned, investigated, and updated until an outcome is reached.

Stages your request moves through

  • New — received and awaiting triage.
  • Open — actively being investigated or resolved.
  • Pending — CamCore Support is waiting for information from you. Service-target timers pause here.
  • On hold — the request is waiting on an external dependency, such as a supplier, a vendor or a replacement part. Service-target timers keep running here.
  • Solved — the outcome has been confirmed and documented.
  • Duplicate — the same problem is already being handled in another request.
  • Cancelled — the request is no longer required.

If your request is Pending, it is waiting on you. Reply to the existing request and work resumes.

Priority is based on impact and urgency, not submission order alone. Reply promptly when support asks for information so work can continue.
