Replying to and Tracking Your Support Request

Your confirmation email contains the support request reference. Keep that reference in the subject when replying.

To add information

  • Reply above the marker in the CamCore notification email.
  • Use the same email address associated with the request.
  • Add new symptoms, timing, safe screenshots, or results of requested checks.
  • Keep one problem in one request where practical.

Do not start a new email for every update and do not remove the request reference. If the issue changes significantly or a separate service is affected, create a new request. Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, tokens, or private keys.

Tracking your request

The confirmation email and any later update tell you the state of your request. Pending means CamCore Support is waiting on you — reply and work resumes. On hold means the request is waiting on an external dependency. See What Happens After You Submit a Request for the full list of stages.
