Giving someone else access to your account

You can let a partner, a bookkeeper or a colleague use your CamCore Billing account without sharing your password. Each person gets their own sign-in, and you choose what they may do.

Who can do this

Only the account owner: the person whose email the account was opened with. People you invite can use the account, but can't invite or remove anyone.

Invite someone

  1. In My CamCore, open Account settings, then People.
  2. Under Invite someone, enter their email address.
  3. Tick what they may do:
  • See and pay invoices
  • Manage domains: nameservers, DNS, transfers and renewals
  • Manage hosting and email: passwords, settings and cancellations
  • Support requests and messages
  • Account details and contacts
  1. Choose Send invitation.

They get an email from CamCore Billing. They accept it, choose their own password, and sign in at billing.camcore.au with their own email. Invitations expire if they aren't accepted, so send another if needed.

Change what someone may do

On the People tab, choose Change beside the person, tick or untick the areas, and choose Save. The change applies the next time they sign in.

Remove someone

Choose Remove beside the person and confirm. They can no longer sign in to the account. Anything they set up stays as it is.

Keep it safe

  • Give people only what they need. A bookkeeper needs invoices, not your domains.
  • Remove anyone who no longer works with you.
  • The Activity tab shows what each person did and the network it came from.
  • Never share your own password. CamCore Support never asks for it.
