Your account settings in My CamCore

Account settings in My CamCore is where you look after the account behind your domains, hosting and email: the details on your invoices, what renews when, the cards you pay with, who else may use the account, and what CamCore emails you.

Account settings in My CamCore is where you look after the account behind your domains, hosting and email: the details on your invoices, what renews when, the cards you pay with, who else may use the account, and what CamCore emails you. Paying an invoice still happens on CamCore Billing; everything else is here.

Open it

  1. Sign in at camcore.au and open My CamCore.
  2. Choose Account settings under Account.

The page has six tabs. You can link straight to one, such as camcore.au/account-settings#payment.

Billing details

The name, organisation, address and phone number on your invoices. They are also the contact details used for anything you register, so keep them current. CamCore Support uses the phone number to confirm it is you.

Change what you need and choose Save billing details.

The account email can't be changed here. It is how you sign in to My CamCore, so a change would lock you out. Contact CamCore Support to change it, and put the current email in Reference.

Renewals

Everything on the account that renews, with its date:

  • Domains renew by themselves while auto-renew is on. Turn it on or off here, or on the domain's own page. See Domain renewals and auto-renew.
  • Hosting, email and SSL certificates renew with each invoice until you cancel them from their own page in Billing & Domains.

Anything renewing within 60 days also appears in the reminders under your account menu.

Payment methods

The cards CamCore Billing charges when an invoice falls due, shown as the card type, the last four digits and the expiry. Card numbers are kept by the payment provider, never by CamCore.

  • Add or replace a card opens CamCore Billing, already signed in, in a new tab. Add the new card there, make it the default, and remove the old one.
  • A card that has expired, or expires within 45 days, shows Expires soon or Expired here and in your reminders. Replace it before the next renewal so nothing lapses.

People

Who may use this account, and what each person may do. See Giving someone else access to your account.

Email preferences

Invoices, receipts, renewal reminders and notices about your services are always sent: they are how you know what is due. News and offers are up to you; turn them on or off here.

Activity

What has happened on the account, as CamCore Billing recorded it: sign-ins, changes to domains and services, invoices and payments. Each entry says whether it came from you or from CamCore. Where it came from you, the network it came from is shown as its first two parts, such as 203.0.·.·, so you can spot a sign-in that wasn't yours.

If you see something you don't recognise, change your password and contact CamCore Support straight away.
