Managing your domain name in My CamCore

Every domain name you register or transfer through CamCore has its own page in My CamCore. You sign in once and manage everything there: you don't need a separate registrar account.

Open your domain's page

  1. Sign in at camcore.au and open My CamCore.
  2. Choose Billing & Domains.
  3. Under Your domain names, choose Manage beside the domain.

The page opens in place of your account. All domains at the top takes you back.

What's on the page

TabWhat you can do there
OverviewSee when the domain renews, turn auto-renew on or off, get the transfer code, and see where its DNS is kept and who it is registered to.
DNSChange the domain's DNS records, forward web addresses and email addresses, change nameservers, add child nameservers and turn on DNSSEC.
ServicesSee the email, hosting and SSL services that use the domain, and add new ones.
ContactsUpdate the contact details the registry holds for the domain.

Each part of the page links to the Help article that explains it.

Before you change anything

  • DNS changes take time. Most changes reach the whole internet within an hour. Some take up to 48 hours.
  • A wrong DNS record can take a website or email offline. If you are not sure, ask CamCore Support first.
  • Only active domains can be managed. A domain that has expired, been cancelled or moved to another registrar has no Manage button.
